# Payment links and reminders

> Get paid in the chat with your own Razorpay or Stripe account. Paid bookings and orders confirm themselves.

Agent24 sends payment links from **your own** payment account, so the money goes straight to you. We never hold your customers' money.

## Connect your payment account

Open **Settings → Payments**:

- In India, connect **Razorpay** with your key id and secret.
- Outside India, connect **Stripe**.

Your keys are encrypted and never shown again. Agent24 registers the payment notifications it needs in your account.

## What gets a payment link

- **Stays**: the full amount or an advance (a percentage you set).
- **Bookings and memberships**.
- **Product and food orders**, full or advance.
- **Restaurant bills** and **laundry orders**.

The link is sent on WhatsApp after a booking or an order. When the customer pays, the booking or order is confirmed automatically and your team sees it. On the restaurant guest page, guests pay right on the page.

## Reminders

With WhatsApp connected on Pro, customers get reminders with buttons they can tap:

- Appointments, about 24 hours before: Confirm or Cancel.
- Stays, the day before check-in.
- Laundry pickups: Confirm or Reschedule.

Outside the 24-hour WhatsApp window these go out as approved templates (see [Connect your WhatsApp number](https://agent24.in/docs/connect-whatsapp)).
