# Team and roles

> Invite your staff, choose what each person can do, and run several businesses from one account.

Your team works in the same CRM and chats as you, from the web or the Android app.

## Roles

| Role | Can do |
| --- | --- |
| Owner | Everything, including the plan, payments, deleting the business and the chat retention setting. |
| Admin | Everything except owner-only settings. |
| Agent | Answer chats, take over and hand back, manage contacts, bookings and orders. |
| Rider | Laundry only: sees their own pickup and delivery stops. |

## Invite someone

Open **Settings → Team** and invite by email with a role. They get an email with a link to join. Inviting new members is part of **Pro**; people who already joined keep working on Free.

## Notifications per person

Each member picks in **Settings → Notifications** what they hear about (hand-overs, important messages, bookings, every message) and how: push or email.

## Several businesses

One login can own or join up to five businesses. Switch between them from the business switcher in the sidebar, or add a new one with **Add business**.
