# Your free website and web chat

Every business on Agent24 gets a free website at `yourname.agent24.in`. It shows your business, what you sell and a live chat with your agent. It works before you connect WhatsApp, so you can start taking questions on day one.

## What's on it

- Your logo, description, hours, phone, map link and social links (Settings → Business profile).
- Booking buttons from your modules: book an appointment, a room, a laundry pickup, or order food.
- Your products, services, rooms or menu, each with an "ask about this" button.
- Suggested questions, written once by the AI and editable by you.
- A chat that answers in the visitor's language, with photos and buttons.

Visitors who chat or book become contacts in your CRM with the source "Website".

## Set it up

Open **Settings → Website**. Choose your website name, switch it on, and edit the suggested questions. Some short names are reserved; the screen tells you if a name is taken.

## Put the chat on your own site

The chat widget adds a chat button to any website: copy one line of code from **Settings → Website → On your site**, and list the domains allowed to show it. Step-by-step guides for common site builders are on the same screen. The widget is part of **Pro**.

## Use your own domain

On **Pro**, show your website on a subdomain of your own domain, like `chat.yourbusiness.com`. Add the domain in Settings → Website, create the CNAME record it shows at your domain provider, and press Check now.

## Found on Google and by AI assistants

Your website is built for search: a proper title and description, your business type, hours and map for Google, and an `llms.txt` file that tells AI assistants what you offer. You can add your own Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity id; a built-in visit counter works without cookies.
