What you get

• Demo builder: a ready assistant and website for any business, with a claim link to send on WhatsApp.
• Your own codes: 30 days of Pro free for the business that enters one, and it becomes your client.
• A client page: who connected WhatsApp, whose bot is live, who is quiet, whose Pro ends soon. Emails when something changes.
• A sales kit: WhatsApp messages per kind of business, a printable one-page flyer with your QR, pricing.

Worked example: a client on Pro at ₹499 a month pays ₹5,988 a year. After a 2.5% gateway fee that is about ₹5,838, and your share at 50% is about ₹2,919 for that one client. Ten clients: about ₹29,000 a year, for introductions you make once.

Partner terms

1. 1.You are an independent sales partner, not an employee or agent of Craftdesk; you set your own hours and pay your own costs and taxes.
2. 2.You sell Agent24 at its published prices. You never collect money for yourself; a client pays Craftdesk directly, or hands you money that you record on your partner page and pass on the same day.
3. 3.Commission: your rate (50% by default) of each client payment after the estimated payment-gateway fee, for the months in your deal (12 by default) from the client's first payment. A refund before the payout cancels the commission; after the payout, you return it.
4. 4.Payouts are made by UPI, in the payment's currency, once the commission has cleared the 30-day hold. Tax may be deducted at source (TDS, section 194H) where the law requires; you receive a statement for every payout.
5. 5.Say only what Agent24 does today. Never claim to be Meta, WhatsApp or Craftdesk staff, never promise features that don't exist, never send bulk or unsolicited messages.
6. 6.Clients and their data belong to the client and Craftdesk. You see a client's business name, plan and setup status (whether WhatsApp is connected, whether the bot is live, how many messages and customers, when a customer last wrote), never their chats or customers. A client who claims a demo you made keeps you as an admin of that business until they remove you in Settings → Team; you use that access only to finish their setup.
7. 7.Either side may end the partnership any time. Earned commissions are still paid; a partner who breaks these terms is suspended and forfeits unpaid commissions.
