Agent24 is free to start. Upgrade a business to Pro when you’re ready to go live on WhatsApp.

Free has no time limit. WhatsApp conversation charges from Meta or our WhatsApp connection provider are billed by them separately.
2. Pro prices
- India: ₹499 for 1 month or ₹4,990 for 1 year (save 16%), paid once (UPI or an Indian card). Prepaid: it doesn’t renew automatically.
- Everywhere else: $6 / month or $60 / year (card), a subscription that renews until you cancel.
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. The plan is per business: each business you run has its own plan.
3. How billing works
- Upgrade on the agent24.in website (Settings → Plan & billing) as an owner or admin of the business. Pro starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- In ₹ (India), Pro is prepaid. You pay once for 1 month or 1 year. Nothing renews or is charged automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. We email the business’s owners and admins 7 days and 1 day before Pro ends and on the day it ends. Paying again before the end adds the time after your current end date.
- Payments in ₹ are processed by a payment gateway in India; Craftdesk is the seller and emails you the payment confirmation. Payments in other currencies are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, as a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel.
