On yearly billing, Basic is from $109 a month (website only), Pro from $179 a month plus a $449 setup fee per five properties (website, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram), and WhatsApp comes with Premium from $359 a month plus a $699 setup fee. It lists Booking.com and Expedia as channels and custom booking-engine and PMS integrations on its Enterprise plan.

Good for: hotels with a reception team that want the guest journey automated from enquiry to check-out and can budget for setup.

4. Gallabox and WATI

General WhatsApp inbox and AI platforms. Gallabox puts its AI agent on WhatsApp from the Essential plan at ₹5,599 a month billed annually; WATI's Growth plan is ₹2,699 a month billed quarterly with its Astra AI agent builder. Neither has rooms or nights built in, so the agent can answer questions and collect a request, but availability and the booking itself live in whatever system you connect or in your team's hands.

Good for: properties in India that already use a booking system and want a WhatsApp team inbox with AI replies in front of it.

1. Ask for a room on dates that are half booked. The agent should offer what is really free, not a form.
2. Ask the price for two adults and a child for three nights over a weekend. The total should match your rate card.
3. Block a room on Airbnb, wait for the sync, and ask again. The room must be gone.
4. Ask for breakfast and a pickup. The quote should change.
5. Ask to cancel two days before check-in. The agent should state your policy, not guess.
