Rooms and stays

The Stays module takes room bookings by the night. It switches on when you pick "Homestay & resort", or from Settings → Modules.

Rooms and prices

Under Stays → Rooms & rules, add your room types: how many rooms of that type, how many people they sleep, and the nightly price. You can also set:

• A weekend (Friday / Saturday) price, guests included and an extra-guest charge, a child price.
• Seasons that raise or lower prices by a percentage, and discounts for 7+ or 28+ nights.
• Dorm beds priced per bed, women-only or men-only rooms, or a whole place.
• Extras like breakfast or airport pickup, per stay, night, guest or guest-night.
• Tax: name and rate, included or added, and a tourist tax per adult per night if you need one.

What the agent does

The agent checks every night of the stay, quotes the full price with extras and tax, mixes room types for groups, and books. You choose whether the agent books directly or the team confirms each request. Guests can ask for their booking, change dates or cancel, and the agent tells them how many days are left for free cancellation under your policy.

No overbooking

Every night is checked at the moment of booking, so the last room can't be sold twice, even when two guests ask at once.

Airbnb and Booking.com calendars

Add each room type's iCal link from Airbnb or Booking.com; those bookings block a room here. Each room type also has its own export link to paste back into those sites. Calendars sync every 30 minutes, or press Sync now.

Day before check-in

On Pro, guests get a WhatsApp reminder the day before check-in, and a payment link for the full amount or an advance (see Payments).
