For restaurants
QR menu, WhatsApp orders and kitchen tickets for restaurants
A menu with photos, table ordering by QR, takeaway and delivery on WhatsApp, kitchen and waiter screens, the bill and online payment, run from one place.
Updated
Phones ring during the rush, takeaway orders get written on slips, and the menu photo on WhatsApp is three months old.
Agent24 gives you one live menu that guests order from at the table, on WhatsApp or on your website, and sends every order to the kitchen screen.
What the agent does for restaurants
- A live menu with photos, veg marks, spice levels, sizes and add-ons, with serving windows per category and sold-out in one tap.
- Table ordering by QR: guests scan, order, and add to one bill; the first order at a table waits for a waiter.
- Takeaway and delivery on WhatsApp with the agent, or from the website, with delivery areas and fees.
- Kitchen, waiter and counter screens paired with a code, plus a now-serving screen and ESC/POS printing.
- The bill, service charge and tip, split bills, and online payment through your own Razorpay or Stripe.
- Orders and stats: what sold, when, and the day's numbers.
What customers ask
- "Menu?"
- "Do you deliver to Vyttila?"
- "2 chicken biryani, 1 veg fried rice, parcel"
- "Table for 6 at 8 pm?"
- "Is the mutton curry spicy?"
How to set it up
- Pick Restaurant at the guided start: the Restaurant dashboard switches on.
- Build the menu (or import a CSV), add tables and areas, and print the table QRs.
- Pair a kitchen screen with its 8-character code; add a waiter or counter screen if you want them.
- Connect WhatsApp for orders in chat, and put the website link on the door and on Instagram.
Frequently asked questions
Can guests order from the table without a waiter?
Yes. Each table has a printed QR. A table's first order waits for a waiter to accept, then the guests keep ordering onto the same bill. A 30-second live QR and "restaurant network only" stop orders from outside.
Does it print to the kitchen?
Kitchen tickets show on a paired kitchen screen and can print to an ESC/POS printer over USB or Bluetooth, with auto-print.
Can we take payment online?
Yes. Guests pay the bill or pay first for takeaway through your own Razorpay or Stripe account; split bills are supported.
Does it replace a POS?
It runs the menu, orders, bills and kitchen screens. It does not do accounting or inventory for ingredients.
