Restaurant menu, tables and QR ordering

A menu with photos, QR codes on tables, takeaway and delivery, a live board, kitchen screens and one bill per table.

The Restaurant module is for restaurants, cafés, canteens and self-service counters. It switches on when you pick "Restaurant", or from Settings → Modules. It opens as its own full-screen dashboard.

Your menu

Add categories (with serving times and the kitchen station that makes them) and dishes with photos, a veg mark, spice level, sizes, add-ons and a price. Mark a dish sold out with one tap. A quick price grid edits many prices at once; a CSV import loads a whole menu.

Tables and QR codes

Add your tables and areas, then print each table's QR code. A guest scans it, browses the menu and orders from their phone. Every order on a table goes to one bill, with an optional service charge and tip.

To stop prank orders, a table's first order waits for a waiter to accept it, and you can allow orders only from your restaurant's network.

Takeaway, delivery and WhatsApp

Guests can also order takeaway or delivery from your menu link or website, or by chatting with the agent on WhatsApp. The agent shows the menu, finds dishes, takes the order and tells the customer when it's ready.

Screens for your team

Pair any phone or tablet with an 8-character code to make it a screen: kitchen tickets, waiter, counter, "now serving", or a table QR. The live board shows every open order. Receipt printers over Bluetooth or USB are supported from the browser.

Payments

Guests can pay online through your own Razorpay account (or Stripe outside India), or pay at the counter. Split bills are supported.
