Contacts, details and filters (CRM)
Every chat becomes a contact with the details you care about. Tag, add notes, filter, and see your day on the dashboard.
Updated 2 November 2026
Every person who messages you on WhatsApp, Instagram or your website becomes a contact. The CRM fills itself while the agent chats.
Details the agent collects
On the Agent page, Details to collect lists what the agent should ask and save, one per line: name, area, pincode, preferred date, size, service. The AI suggests a list for your kind of business. The agent saves each answer on the contact, so every chat uses the same fields and your filters stay clean.
The contact page
Open a contact to see:
- The whole chat, including voice notes (with their transcript) and photos.
- Details the agent saved, which you can edit.
- Tags, notes from your team, and an activity log of what changed.
- A short summary of the customer written by the agent.
- Take over / Hand back to bot.
Filter and find
The Filters sheet is built from your own data: any detail you collect, the date added, and where the contact came from (WhatsApp, Website, Instagram). Combine them to find, say, everyone in one area who asked about a service last month.
Tags and notes
Create tags for anything that matters to you (VIP, wholesale, follow up) and add them by hand. Notes are private to your team.
Dashboard
The Dashboard shows how your agent and your customers are doing over the period you pick, and where to look next.
Send changes to other tools
Settings → Integrations can send CRM events (a new contact, a booking, a hand-over) to your own system as signed webhooks.
