Plans and billing

Agent24 has two plans, priced per business. There are no fees per message.

Free

• The AI agent, your website and web chat, the CRM and every module.
• 500 AI replies a month.
• The Android app for you and your team.

Pro

Everything in Free, plus:

• Your WhatsApp number, and Instagram DMs.
• Reminders and payment links on WhatsApp.
• Inviting team members, the chat widget on your own site, and your own domain.
• Fair-use AI replies.

See the current price on the pricing page. It shows the price in your currency: rupees for businesses in India, US dollars elsewhere.

Upgrade

Open Settings → Billing on the website and pick monthly or yearly. Pro is bought on the website only. The billing page shows your plan, the renewal or end date, and your payment history. Depending on the payment method, Pro either renews until you cancel or is prepaid for the period you choose; the checkout tells you which.

When you reach the Free limit

After 500 AI replies in a month, the agent sends a short holding reply at most once an hour and your team is told, so no customer is left without an answer. Your count is on the billing page.
