Products, stock and orders

Sell from your catalogue on chat: sizes and colours, stock, holds, restock alerts, CSV or Google Sheets import, and food or cake orders with pickup or delivery.

Updated 2 November 2026

The Products module is for shops, boutiques, bakeries and cafés. It switches on when you pick "Retail shop" or "Café & bakery", or from Settings → Modules.

Add your products

Open Products and add items one by one, or import many at once:

  • CSV: one row per product, with optional size, colour and variant_price columns.
  • Google Sheet: link a sheet and it re-syncs every 30 minutes.

Each product has photos (the first is the main one), a price, stock, and optional sizes and colours, each with its own price and stock. Use the stock sheet to update many counts at once.

What the agent does

The agent searches your catalogue by name, size and colour, sends product cards with photos and buttons, checks stock, suggests alternatives when something is out, holds a piece for a customer for a while, and offers to tell them when it's back in stock.

Orders

Turn on Orders to let customers order on chat, for example a cake with a message on top:

  • Options per item (size, flavour) and a note per item.
  • Pickup or delivery, with fees and delivery areas.
  • A date and time, with minimum notice, how many days ahead, closed days and a daily limit.
  • Made to order, or taken off stock.

Statuses go new → confirmed → preparing → ready or out for delivery → completed, and the customer hears every step on WhatsApp. Turn The bot takes orders on or off at any time.

WhatsApp catalog

On the web, Settings → Catalog can publish your products, services and rooms as a WhatsApp catalog that Meta reads from a feed. The AI fills in Meta's fields; your prices, stock and photos are never changed.
