For developers and AI agents

The REST API, signed webhooks, the MCP servers for AI apps, and the machine-readable files every site publishes.

Updated 2 November 2026

Agent24 is built to be used by software as well as people.

REST API

The REST API under /api/v1 is what the Android app uses. The OpenAPI description is public at /api/v1/openapi.json. Requests are made on behalf of a signed-in member, with the same roles as the app.

Webhooks

Settings → Integrations sends CRM events (new contacts, bookings, hand-overs and more) to your URL as signed POST requests, with retries. Up to five webhooks per business.

MCP for AI apps

  • Your own business: connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another MCP app with OAuth, then set up and run your business by asking in plain words. Anything that reaches a customer, money or a delete waits for your approval. See Connect your AI (MCP).
  • Public: https://agent24.in/mcp answers questions about Agent24, and every business website has its own /mcp with that business's info and offerings.

Machine-readable files

  • /llms.txt: what Agent24 is, for AI assistants. Every business website has its own.
  • Every help doc and blog post is also Markdown: add .md to its address, or send Accept: text/markdown.
  • Agent card for A2A at /.well-known/agent-card.json, and agent skills at /.well-known/agent-skills/index.json.
  • sitemap.xml and robots.txt on every host.
